Linda Hilderbrand has over 25 years experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational & Employee Development. She has worked with various Fortune 100 companies such as Teledyne CAE, Union Carbide, Lockheed, Federal Signal and General Dynamics. She has held titles of Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development as well as Vice President of Human Resource Management. Her experience spans consumer products, aerospace, bio-tech and defense.
Since 2004 Linda has been Owner and Principal Consultant for JBS and Anew Coaching LLC. Her clientele includes small to mid size companies both for and not-for profits, in a wide variety of industries ranging to include health care, biotech, construction, senior living as well as others. Her services include Human Resource Consulting, Organizational Development and Business Coaching. Her expertise is in helping both businesses and individuals successfully deal with change while achieving business objectives.
Linda’s education includes a BA in Psychology and English (dual majors) from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and an EMBA from Georgia Southern University. She holds certifications in Conflict Management from both Eckerd College’s Leadership Institute and Mediation Training Institute. She completed her Coaching Training through Coach U and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. In her coaching practice she works with both corporate and individual clients using group or one to one coaching methodologies.
