Coleman Hilderbrand, Janus founder and business development consultant, brings thirty years of experience in people and project management to the enterprise. He has held senior level positions in a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors and has led business turn-arounds and multi-million dollar project development and implementation.
He possesses a smart business acumen, which is focused on results through strong people development processes and practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from North Carolina A&T University.
